The DPA 4021, 4023 and 4023 are phantom powered (P48) condenser
microphones that use the same type of cartridge as the famous Type 4011.
Unlike the full-sized 4011, the compact 402x-series is preamplified
using a built-in, ultra-small, thick-film-mounted FET-preamplifier.
The 4021 has its cable mounted at 90 degrees to the microphone axis.
The 4022 has its cable mounted axially.
The 4023 has a standard LEMO-connector for simple and safe mounting and
removal of the microphone. It is designed to be used with the elegant
and flexible Flamingo-series floor stands. The 4023 is supplied with a
5-meter Lemo-to-XLR cable.
The linear on-axis frequency response from 40Hz to 20kHz (?2dB)
together with the extremely smooth off-axis response makes these the
optimal choice in live situations in front of both the non-professional
and the professional performer.
